As we entering the second semester of 2018, the growth of E-Commerce industry still showing its significant performance. In the midst of male domination in Indonesia’s tech, digital and e-commerce industry, especially at top leadership and technical positions, Jakarta E- Commerce Night in collaboration with Priceza Indonesia presenting women who are emerging talents in Indonesia’s tech start-ups and ecommerce world. Besides leveraging the business, the company must seize the opportunities of their human resources as well as increasing customer expectation to increase customer acquisition or maintain their retention.

In Jakarta E-Commerce Night that held on 26th of July 2018, Tika Sylvia Utami, Corporate Marketing Manager of Ninja Xpress on behalf of The Committee of Jakarta E-Commerce Night said, “along with the growth of Ecommerce industry that is showing its significant performance, we know that there are also the role of standouts women behind that. We can see now, there are women at the top- level management who holds an important position.” She added, “However, the role of the standouts women are something that we can not resist these days. By offering the smart solution in a diverse range of sectors from E-Commerce, transportation, marketplace, until digital support system i.e digital consultant & affiliate company.”

The e-commerce market in Indonesia is experiencing a quick growth year after year with no signs of slowing down. Shoppers do not have to go from store to store to check prices.
